When will my order ship?

Please defer to our “Shipping Policy” for the most up-to-date status of shipping. Currently, orders are packed and shipped 2-5 business days of placing your order. Business days do not include weekends of any major U.S. holidays. Tracking is provided once the package is at the postal office. If you do not receive your tracking, please email us. 

Are your crystals real?

Yes, all of our crystals are 100% real. We have a few man made crystals available upon occasion, but these are clearly disclosed in the product descriptions. 

My crystal(s) arrived broken, what do I do?

We pack every order up with love, intention and A TON of protective packaging. Once a package goes to the post office, it is officially out of our hands. If you unfortunately receive a broken crystal, you will have to  file a claim with the applicable delivery service (USPS, UPS, DHS, etc.) We understand that postal carriers can often times be quite harsh on packages, so we do everything in our power to protect the crystals to get them safely to their new homes. We do not offer refunds or returns for any damaged crystals.

I received the incorrect item, how do I fix it?

Why is your shipping so expensive?

Shipping prices are set by the shipping companies themselves, not us. Shipping increases based on the weight of the package and the distance that the package must travel before arriving at its new home. Crystals can be heavy, which explains the high shipping cost on occasion. International shipping can also be very high, even for lighter packages, because the package needs to travel a much longer distance to arrive at its destination. 

Can I stack coupons?

Unfortunately no. 

Can I return items / get a refund?

We do not allow product returns under any circumstance. All products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please file a claim with the applicable postal service and email us at info@eyecandycrystals.com

If by chance you were sent the wrong item or your package is missing an item you purchased, we can offer you store credit, but we will need proof of error for our records. Please send this to us over email.
