Orders are packed and shipped within 2-5 business days of ordering. Business days do not include weekends or any major U.S. holiday.
Tracking is provided for all orders once the package is dropped off at the post office. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
Domestic orders ship through USPS.
International shipping is available via USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc. (we’ll always ship through the most affordable and safest service).
Once your order is dropped off at the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, a claim will need to be filed through the applicable postal service. You can contact us to help with the claim.
